Welcome to Vaiga.co! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://vaiga.co) and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General
Vaiga.co is operated from Kerala, India, and sells scrunchies, headbands, eye masks and related accessories.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our website and services without prior notice.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases.
2. Products & Orders
We strive to display product images and descriptions accurately, but slight variations in color or design may occur.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment methods.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, Razorpay, etc.
In case of payment failure, please retry or contact your bank before reaching out to us.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed within 8-14 business days, and delivery times vary based on location.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders above ₹999
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products within 2 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email us at customercare.vaiga@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
Refunds are processed after verification, and the amount will be credited via the original payment method within 9-15 business days.
No returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases or used products.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 12 days.
7. Product Exactness
‘Vaiga’ will try its best to deliver products exactly the way they appear on the Website. However, many of ‘Vaiga’ products are handcrafted resulting in minor shape, size, color, texture, and design variations. ‘Vaiga’ disclaims any guarantees of exactness of the finish or appearance of the final product ordered by You over and above generally acceptable standards on the same.
8. Intellectual Property
“Vaiga” is a registered business in Kerala. All content on this Website, including but not limited to all text, images, illustrations, graphics, icons, artwork, audio clips, video clips, databases, hyperlinks, and meta tags, including the design, structure and arrangement, user interface, visual interface, and source code (collectively “Content”) is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by ‘Vaiga’ or by other third-parties that have licensed their material to us. 11. Pricing Error and Discrepancy
Pricing on the product and service is as it shows, however on occasions due to any technical issue or typographical error the actual product or service price may vary. If ‘Vaiga’ comes across any such difference in pricing, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order. ‘Vaiga’ reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to the normal taxes it may have to pay. We may also charge delivery charges which may include postal/shipping charges to deliver the product or services ordered by You on the Website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Kerala courts.
In case of disputes, we encourage resolving them amicably before seeking legal action.
